The 5 and 6 horse appear to be the best horses. They are both 5-2, while the 4 horse is 2-1.
A check of the exactas shows the 5-6 and 6-5 to be paying $30. I hate to pass up a bad fave,

Never had an anxious moment as the 6 led the 5 into the stretch, and noone challenged them
as they remained 1-2 to the wire. The exacta took some late action, returning $28.

Interesting horse. Has figures very comparable with the favorite. Also draws whom I consider the
best rider on the grounds, though 2d in the standings. Stunned this horse is 12-1!
Race Notes:
This race is down to the 5 and 9, as they appear much better than the rest.
The 2 is a HORRIBLE favorite.
I'm torn on whether to bet the 9, or box the 5 and 9. I decide I don't trust
the 5 on the big class drop, so I bet $25 WP on the 9. I would be ill if
I boxed 5-9 and the 9 wins and the 5 runs out.
The 9 spurts right to the lead, and easily maintains it all the way around the track.
If every day could be like this one!

Race Notes:
This race was an easy decision for me. The 5 has a nice edge, but is the 7-2 second choice behind the favored 1.
I have no idea why the 1 is favored, I guess its Bravo. Anyway, I don't bet WP unless 5-1 or above, so
its $50 to win on the 5 for me.
The 5 runs a non-threatening second to the lightly raced 2, who obviously improved. No regrets.
