CRIMSON DELIGHT broke in and bumped a rival, sped to the early lead and angled in, dueled inside, fought back in the stretch, could not match the winner late but held second. GENIE MAGIC bumped at the start, saved ground stalking the pace, came out in midstretch and came back some to edged a rival for the show late. MISS CYPRUS bumped between foes at the start, went up to duel three deep on the backstretch and outside the runner-up into and on the turn, was between horses in midstretch and weakened in the final furlong. PURPLE TOI taken off the rail on the backstretch, stalked outside a rival on the turn, was between horses into the stretch and also weakened. EMERALD IRISH off a bit slowly, saved ground chasing the pace and lacked a response in the stretch.

UNRIVALLED (GB) saved ground off the pace, came out leaving the second turn and into the stretch and could not quite summon the needed late response. PLUNKIT sped to the early lead and angled in, dueled inside, fought back on the second turn and into the stretch but weakened in the final furlong. PEAKTOPEAK bumped four wide into the first turn, chased outside then off the rail and did not rally. DANZING COMMANDER broke slowly and steadied, settled off the rail, angled in some on the second turn, gave way and was eased late.

DALLY MAY also off slowly, angled in and saved ground, moved up inside on the turn, came out in midstretch and was second best. IRISH NATURE stalked off the inside, came out into the stretch and bested the others. SCORESEARLYGALE off slowly, went up inside to gain the lead, dueled outside the winner on the turn and weakened. CRUZIN WITH ASHLEY chased outside or off the rail, angled in a bit off the rail on the turn and was not a threat. STARLIGHT SONATA settled outside, dropped back off the rail on the turn, came four wide into the stretch and improved position some. MAELSTROM broke slowly and was squeezed back, settled off the rail, split horses into the turn, came four wide into the stretch and failed to menace. COURT SEEKER had speed four wide then stalked outside, angled in alongside a rival into the stretch and weakened.
