Juvenile (I'm looking for a figure of around 100 to win this race)

1.  Superfly : Too slow, though a possible forward factor early.

2.  Ivan Denisovich : Horse is bred great top and bottom, but it is for turf.  Hollywood Wildcat did win the Distaff one year on dirt, but even she was bred for turf.  I'll pass and hope I don't get Wilko-ed!

3.  Leo : Bred totally for turf, top and bottom.  Not interested.

4.  Set Alight : This Euro is bred for dirt, so I'll include on my P3/P4 tix.  I'd be more excited if he were adding Lasix.

5.  Jealous Profit : Way too slow in here, pass.

6.  Dawn of War : After being heavily backed in every start, this one was let to get away at 36-1 and won the Breeders' Futurity at Kee.  Still, the lifetime best of 88 isn't good enough, and was earned at Kee, a track known for bizarre racing figure wise in the past.

7.  Stream Cat : I wasted too much time on this horse typing his name.

8.  Sorcerer's Stone : Undefeated in three starts, an interesting horse.  His 86 was earned racing wide against a slow pace, so there could be a lot more in the tank.  Contender.

9.  First Samurai : Obvious contender and horse to beat with the last two figures being best in the field.  Tough to bet, tough to bet against.

10.  Henny Hughes :   This guy rates slightly below the favorite, but will certainly appreciate the absence of Too Much Bling in here.  If he is allowed an easy lead, he could be big trouble.

11.  Private Vow :  This is one I feel has very little shot.  He won't see anything resembling an easy lead today, has never been this far, and won't be very long odds.  I'll let him beat me if he can.

12.  Stevie Wonderboy : Horse looks OK figure wise, but will have to step it up again to win here.  Will probably be less than his morning line, so I'll pass.  If I'm going to bet on projected improvement, I like to be paid well, and 6-1 or so isn't well enough.

13.  Brother Derek : Norfolk winner is in way over his head here.  He'll be pretty far back early in here, and if he's not, he's going way too fast!

14.  Dr. Pleasure : Pace factor, as he'll have to gun from out here, but that is about it.

Summary:  I will play First Samurai, Henny Hughes, and Sorcerer's Stone on P3 tickets, maybe only Henny Hughes to win if he drifts up to 9-2 or so.  Other than that, I'll just watch.
